I believe that glasses are superior to contacts in many ways. They encourage curiosity. They are easy to remember. They are comfortable on your face. This is why I believe glasses are better than contacts.
Contacts don’t have different styles, but glasses do. They can be different colors, or a combo of two different colors. You can also get more than one pair, so you can match them with your clothes. Contacts, however, have no style and can be boring at times. Glasses have a style that contacts just don’t possess.
Contacts can be forgotten to take off or put on. You could leave them on at night, or forget them at home when you go to work or school, which can be harmful to your eyes. Glasses, however, are easily noticeable, thus being hard to forget. They are also easy to put on, which means that you can remember them more easily. Glasses are easier to remember than contacts.
Contacts can be painful to some children, or even adults. They can be irritating to the eye. In fact, my friend, a girl named Jordan, doesn’t like contacts because she finds them painful to her eyes. Glasses, unlike contacts, effect your eyes in o such way. Contacts can be harmful to our eyes.
Contacts aren’t the best way for people with poor eyesight, but glasses are. They are easy to wear, stylish, and cause no pain, all unlike contacts. If you still think that contacts are the best way, talk to your local optometrist.
